Dignitana AB, world leader in scalp cooling innovation to minimize hair loss from chemotherapy, today announced the relaunch of its new DigniCap® Mobile App, now available as a free download through Google Play (Android) and the Apple App Store (Apple OS).

The DigniCap App reflects Dignitana’s commitment to exemplary customer service  and provides the foundation for a new mobile-friendly patient portal that puts mobile payment, patient support, hair care recommendations and frequently asked questions in one convenient place.

“Personalized patient support is a critical component of the service we provide for The DigniCap Scalp Cooling System,” says William Cronin, CEO of Dignitana AB. “Patients are juggling the burden of a cancer diagnosis with all of the other aspects of their busy lives. The DigniCap Mobile App now makes it easy for patients to access our clinical and practical expertise and pay for their scalp cooling treatments with a few clicks.”

Through the App patients can also provide feedback, share progress photos and personal stories, and connect with other members of the DigniCap community through social media.

The DigniCap App is directed to consumers in the United States using products and services of Dignitana, Inc. With the launch of the next generation DigniCap Delta in 2019, Dignitana introduced a new business model and U.S. patients now create an account to order a personal Delta Kit. The DeltaKit contains supplies needed for scalp cooling and patients are then able to go online to purchase DeltaCards for each treatment.
