Dignitana postpones Annual General Meeting

Dignitana AB (publ) (”Dignitana”) announces that the date for Dignitana’s Annual General Meeting (the ”AGM”) has been postponed to 26 June 2025 in light of the ongoing public takeover offer from Paxman.

Due to the ongoing public takeover offer from Paxman, the Board of Directors of Dignitana has resolved to postpone the AGM, which was previously planned for 22 May 2025. The new date for Dignitana’s AGM is 26 June 2025.
