Dignitana secures SEK 10 million line of credit from largest shareholder
Dignitana AB announces that the Company has secured a line of credit in the amount of SEK 10 million from the Company’s largest shareholder, Agartha AB.
Agartha AB (formerly Adma Förvaltnings AB) currently holds 26 percent of Dignitana shares and has provided the line of credit at market conditions. Under the terms of the agreement Dignitana will have unrestricted access to the funds to support the strategic growth of the company.
