Changes in Diös Group management
Diös Fastigheter will on September 1th restructure the Group management when the current Property Director Lars-Göran Dahl takes over the group's newly established position, Director of Business Development. Current Head of business area Jämtland, Henrik Lundmark, will succeed Lars-Göran and becomes part of the Group management.
- The change is a natural step in our strategy to capture employee skills, get closer to our tenants and increase the pace of our business development. Henrik’s experience and strategic competences will add valuable expertise to the Group management, says Knut Rost, CEO.
The positive trend in Diös priority business areas will continue, creating new growth opportunities.
- Our market has a huge potential and we see great possibilities to expand our offer and create opportunities for our tenants to grow with us. The creation of the new role as Director of Business Development enables us to become even better in our transaction and project development, says Knut.
The company will also gather the business support functions for a clearer and improved internal coordination. Kristina Grahn-Persson, the current HR director and Sustainability Manager, becomes Director of Business Support.
