Diös' Nomination Committee proposes P-G Persson as new Chairman and Björn Rentzhog as Vice Chairman

The Chairman of the Board, Bob Persson, declines re-election at the 2025 Annual General Meeting. Per-Gunnar ("P-G") Persson is proposed as new chairman. The Nomination Committee proposes the election of Björn Rentzhog as new Board member and Vice Chairman.

Bob Persson, representing Diös' largest shareholder AB Persson Invest, has been a Board member since 2007 and has served as Chairman since 2011.

P-G Persson has been a Board member of Diös since 2023. He is the CEO of the Gothenburg-based real estate company Safjället Fastigheter AB, Chairman of the Board of John Mattsson Fastighetsföretagen AB, and a Board member of AB Borudan Ett, Arise AB, and Chalmersfastigheter AB. He also participated in the recruitment committee, alongside Bob Persson and Erika Olsén, for the appointment of David Carlsson as the new CEO starting in 2025.

Björn Rentzhog, born in 1969, holds an MSc in Business Administration from Mid Sweden University. He has been President and CEO of AB Persson Invest since 2011 and has held various roles within the AB Persson Invest Group since 2001, including CEO of Wist Last & Buss. Björn is Chairman of the Board and a Board member of most of AB Persson Invest's subsidiaries and a Board member of Ziklo Bank AB.

The Nomination Committee also proposes the re-election of Board members Erika Olsen, Peter Strand, and Ragnhild Backman. Complete proposals will be presented in connection with the notice of the Annual General Meeting, to be held on April 7, 2025, in Östersund.
