Diös acquires properties for 170 million

Diös is acquiring a property of 16,000 m2 in central Östersund, plus a smaller property of 5,500 m2 in the centre of Sollefteå. The seller is Norells Fastighetsförvaltning. Transfer of ownership will take place during the first quarter of 2022.

The property is situated in central stersund

The property in Östersund is comprised of offices, residences and urban services. The property in Sollefteå is comprised of residences and urban services. Annual rental value amounts to SEK 19 million, the occupancy rate is at 90 per cent and the average duration of contract is three years. The seller receives circa 6 percent of the payment by transfer of Diös’s own repurchased shares. The transaction will be reported in the first quarter of 2022.
