Diös acquires property in central Gävle
Diös acquires a commercial property of 1,136 sq.m in the district Magasinsområdet in central Gävle. Diös previously owns several properties in the same area and the aim is to strengthen and supplement the existing property portfolio in the expansive city district. The seller is Fastighetsmani AB and transfer of ownership will take place immediately.
The acquired property has a yearly rental value of 1.7 million and consists of office premises. The largest tenant is Söderberg & Partner. The transaction takes place in a company form and will be reported in the fourth quarter of 2022.
– We see a lot of interest in the Magasinsområdet district where we now are strengthening our position with this property that has great potential with the possibility to develop for more tenants in an area with growing demand on office space.
