Diös acquires property in central Östersund

Diös has purchased a property on Prästgatan in central Östersund. The property will be a complement to Diös’ current portfolio in the neighbourhood and part of the company’s continued strategy of urban development. The total value of the property amounts to approximately SEK 28 million and the total lettable area encompasses some 2 400 square metres. The seller is Fastighets AB Regio and transfer of ownership will take place on March 4, 2019.



Half of the property acquired comprises residential premises and the remainder is primarily commercial premises. The transaction will take place in a company form and will be reported in the first quarter of 2019.
