Diös acquires three properties in Östersund

Diös acquires three properties near the travel center in Östersund. The total value amounts to approx. SEK 90m and the built-up properties comprise 12,000 square meters. One of the properties consists of building rights only. Sellers are Frösö Park and change of possession takes place in mid-November 2018.

The properties acquired are directly located to existing properties in Diös portfolio, thereby strengthening the presence in an exciting development area near the Östersund travel center. It is only five minutes from the center of Östersund and the newly built residential area of Storsjöstrand.

One of the existing tenants is the gym chain Sportsgym. The area in which the acquired properties are located consists of a mix of offices, residential and retail with great potential for further densification and development.

The properties acquired are Sarven 25, Kräftan 3 and Kräftan 8. The transaction takes place in company form.
