Diös and NP3 in barter transaction in Borlänge and Gävle

Diös is acquiring three office buildings in central Borlänge and is disposing of three mixed properties - one in Borlänge and two in Gävle - in a barter transaction with NP3. The underlying value of the acquired properties amounts to SEK 110 million and the value of the properties being disposed of is SEK 125 million. Transfer of ownership will take place on 1 April.

 

The transaction enhances Diös’ portfolio and strengthens the company’s offering of centrally located modern offices. Situated in close proximity to other properties owned by the company, the three office buildings encompass a total area of 8,500 square metres with tenants that include NCC and Borlänge municipal authority. The disposed properties encompass approximately 13,000 square metres in area. The transaction will take place in a company form and the result will be reported in the second quarter of 2021.
