Diös divests a property in Borlänge for SEK 200m

Diös is selling a hotel property in Borlänge with a lettable area of 14,000 sqm, an annual rental value of SEK 13m and an economic letting rate of 98 per cent. The underlying value of the property exceeds the book-value. Midstar Hotels is the purchaser of the property and the transaction will complete on 1 June 2023.

The sold property mostly consists of a hotel, with a small number of homes. Scandic is the largest commercial tenant. This transaction will take place in a company form and the result will be reported in the second quarter of 2023.
