Diös divests properties for SEK 452 milllion

Diös divests 10 properties in five cities including housing, light industry, commerce and offices. This is done through three different transactions, which take place in line with the company's strategy. The total leasable area of ​​the divested the properties correspond to approximately 57,000 square meters and the total sales price amounts to SEK 452 MSEK.

The buyers of the properties are NP3 Fastigheter AB, LF Norrbotten and Hagabacken Fastigheters AB. The total rental value corresponds to SEK 53.4 million and the properties have an occupancy rate of 92 percent. All three transactions take place in company form and are withdrawn and reported under the third and fourth quarter 2024. Withdrawal taxation of approximately SEK 10 million will affect current tax, of which approximately SEK 8 million during the third quarter. The properties are located in Luleå, Östersund, Umeå, Falun, Borlänge and Malung.
