Diös Fastigheter acquires a central located commercial property in Skellefteå

Diös acquires a central located commercial property in Skellefteå which complements the existing properties in the block of Polaris. The seller is Nordvestor Fastigheter
and the underlying property value of the acquisition amount to SEK 36,5 million. The change of possession will be February 1st 2018.

The acquired property, Polaris 39, has an area of 3 000 square meters. The largest tenants are SEB and Sherpas Group AB.

The transaction takes form as company transaction and the results will be reported in the first quarter of 2018.

This acquisition completes our properties in the central parts of Skellefteå and is in line with our long term strategy of city development. We are in the process of detailed planning focusing on housing in the neighbouring property Polaris 8. In that way we are able to create a vivid city center, says Lars-Göran Dahl, Head of Business Development, Diös Fastigheter.
