– This acquisition complete our recent acquisition of the properties from Castellum made earlier this year. It also strengthens our presence in the district of Västra Esplanaden in Umeå, which will be in an interesting future development. This is in line with our long term strategy of creating a vivid city center, says Lars-Göran Dahl, Head of Business Development, Diös Fastigheter.
- I exchange a central located property to industry properties at the well established districts of Västerslätt and Röbäck. This fits well in my strategy of developing industry properties outside the city center, says Leif Danielsson.
