Diös Fastigheter Year-end report 2015

Diös Fastigheter reported a result from property management for the period which is 21 per cent higher compared to the corresponding period last year. Net leasing amounted to SEK 48 million.

  • Rental income for the period amounted to SEK 1,295 million (1,291).
  • Property management income amounted to SEK 508 million (421).
  • Changes in property value amounted to SEK 273 million (62).
  • Profit after tax was SEK 542 million (302).
  • Earnings per share were SEK 7.09 (3.97).
  • The Board propose a dividend of SEK 2.85 per share (2.85).
