Diös issues commercial paper under the newly established programme

Diös has today issued commercial papers of SEK 600 million with maturities of 3, 4, 6 and 12 months. The newly establish programme has a maximum size of SEK 2,000 million.

-    The ambition was to issue SEK 600 million today and we are very glad to see the good demand for our commercial papers. The long-term target is to have an outstanding volume that exceeds SEK 1,500 million, says Rolf Larsson, CFO Diös Fastigheter.

The programme will have a secured back-up facility to manage the refinancing risk. Arranger of the programme is Handelsbanken and Dealers are Swedbank and Handelsbanken.
