Diös issues green commercial paper under the newly established green financing framework

Diös has issued its first green commercial papers to a volume of SEK 300 million and with a maturity of four months. The commercial papers were issued under the newly established green financing framework where the proceeds go to sustainable urban development.

- We want to create sustainable cities. The fact that our green initiatives within the business can now be financed under our new framework is gratifying and it strengthens our position as a responsible company and the overall sustainability work. The long-term goal is for all our commercial papers
to be green, says Rolf Larsson, CFO.

The green framework has been reviewed by the independent research institute Cicero and received
the Medium Green mark. The review of governance and reporting has received the highest mark, Excellent. The green commercial papers will be listed on Nasdaq Stockholm’s new green commercial paper list.

The green financing framework has been developed in partnership with Handelsbanken.
