Diös strengthens its Group management
Diös’ Transactions Manager Annie Franzon and Head of Investor Relations Johan Dernmar expand their roles and join the company’s Group management. Both Annie and Johan are key employees who clearly reflect Diös’ business focus and drive shareholder value. The change will come into force immediately.
Diös is a commercial property company with properties in ten growth cities in northern Sweden, and its business model is built on lettings and property management, projects and business development and transactions. The company is active in a market where enormous investments in Swedish fossil-free industry is driving the transition to a green Europe. The company is now strengthening its Group management with the addition of two key employees and thereby further enhancing the business in order to claim an even more distinct position in its strong market, and continue to create shareholder value.

The former HR Manager Annie Skoglund will also be appointed as the new Head of HR.
