Diös to sell properties in Sundsvall
Diös will sell five properties outside the centre of Sundsvall, which contain premises for light industry, offices and retail. The agreed property value amounts to SEK 85 million and the buyer is NSI Invest. Transfer of ownership will take place in December 2020.
The properties being sold by Diös are located in Nacksta industrial estate, in Birsta, at Brofästet and in Björneborgsgatan. The transaction will take place in a company form and the result will be reported in the fourth quarter of 2020.
