The number of shares and votes in Diös Fastigheter AB (publ) has changed due to the directed new share issue that was carried out on December 1, 2021. Through the directed new share issue, the number of shares and votes has increased by 7,272,727.

Today, the last trading day of the month, the total number of shares and votes in Diös amounts to 141,785,165. The share capital amounts to SEK 283,569,697.6. Diös holds 441,418 treasury shares.
