The conditions that existed for Diös to complete the acquisition of 32 properties in Umeå, Luleå and Sundsvall are now fulfilled
The Extraordinary General Meeting of the Dios Fastigheter AB (publ) decided on December 21, 2016 to vote for a rights issue of shares with preferential rights for existing shareholders. Diös also received on the December 12 a positive response from the Swedish Competition Authority related to the customary antitrust clearance. This means that the formal conditions that existed for Diös to complete the acquisition now are fulfilled.
