New owners for Ocean Business show
Diversified Business Communications UK are delighted to announce the acquisition of Intelligent Exhibitions Ltd, who organise one of the UK’s most important ocean technology events – Ocean Business – for an undisclosed sum.
The bi-annual trade event, which was launched by Intelligent Exhibitions in 2007, has rapidly established itself as one of the most successful events for the sector. The acquisition also includes Offshore Survey and Ocean Careers, which will continue to be organised by the Intelligent Exhibitions team, headed up by Versha Carter, from their offices in Nailsworth, Gloucestershire. The acquisition also includes LIDAR International and LIDAR Europe, which will be transferred to Diversified’s offices in Portland, Maine.
Ocean Business attracts over 4,000 visitors from the UK and internationally, and over 300 exhibitors.
