SITS Europe – The Service Desk & IT Support Show announces key appointment
SITS Europe, the major new trade show for the IT Service Management (ITSM) and IT Support industry, to be held at Messe Berlin, Germany, on 24-25 September 2013, has announced the appointment of Bettina Bermuth as its Event Manager.
Bermuth has extensive experience in both the trade show and IT industry, having previously held senior positions with the DataCenter Dynamics conferences in London and Madrid and, more recently, as head of marketing and business development at AST Modular, Barcelona, where she has been involved with the global provision of IT infrastructures.

She has a proven track record, with a wealth of experience in launching and delivering successful events in several different countries and has a good understanding of the key issues facing the IT industry in Germany and internationally!”

SITS Europe will take place at Messe Berlin, in the largest city in Germany and one of the most popular event destinations. The venue is already home to many world leading trade shows, including IFA, ITB Berlin and InnoTrans. In 2011, trade fairs and exhibitions were attended by 20,353 exhibitors and 1.4 million visitors.
The new event will be managed by Diversified Business Communications in the UK. It will also boast a dedicated team at Messe Berlin, which will liaise with exhibitors and help to deliver a high profile marketing programme, targeting both private and public sector businesses.
SITS Europe is positioned as a highly focussed event providing businesses of all sizes with the opportunity to source new technology, services, suppliers and solutions, along with an unrivalled opportunity to learn from a high profile conference and education programme, with keynotes, seminars, workshops and round table discussions.
