The Natural and Organic Awards 2015 – Last call for entries
The Natural and Organic Awards 2015, which recognise the standout natural and organic brands and products of the year, has announced its last call for entries.
The Natural and Organic Awards, hosted by Natural Products Magazine, in association with Soil Association, will take place at ExCeL London after the close of business on the first day of Natural & Organic Products Europe trade show on 19 April 2015.
Natural award categories include: Outstanding Achievement, Marketing Campaign of the Year, Independent Retailer of the Year and Sales Person of the Year. The deadline for all award entry submissions is 27 February 2015.
Jim Manson, Natural Products editor, says: "The Natural and Organic Awards are the most important annual celebration of the very best our industry has to offer. As well as recognising excellence in all aspects of the trade on a big stage, the Awards offer winners a year-round marketing opportunity and a big morale-booster for hard-working teams."
Shortlisted nominees for the Outstanding Achievement Award will be announced by Natural Products on 2 March 2015. Natural Products readers and natural and organic trade professionals will then have the opportunity to vote for the eventual winner.
Graham Keen, Executive Director of the Health Food Manufacturers' Association (HFMA) won this impressive accolade at last year’s awards.
The Marketing Campaign of the Year is a new award for 2015. The category will showcase the creativity, planning, and execution of the best natural marketing campaign of the last 12 months. Entries can highlight either a product launch, re-launch or the brand as a whole.
The Independent Retailer of the Year award is specifically designed to promote businesses, as shortlisted and winning stores gain editorial coverage on the event website and in Natural Products. Toucan Wholefoods, Minehead, won first place at last year’s awards, competing against finalists Mulberry Bush Wholefoods, Wales and Food For All, London.
The Natural Sales Person of the Year award recognises talented individuals who excel in their role, such as last year’s winner Leon Waters, Territory Manager from Viridian Nutrition.

Winners of the New Products Showcase, voted by visitors during the first day of Natural & Organic Products Europe, will also be announced during the ceremony. The awards are open to all exhibitors that are participating in the show’s New Products Showcase. Awards are presented for a range of product categories, including organic food and drink, natural living and home, and beauty and spa.
