On May 27th, 2020, the Annual General Meeting of Scandion Oncology A/S (”Scandion Oncology” or the “Company”) was held. Below follows a summary of the established decisions. All decisions were taken with the required majority.The Board of Directors report on the Company’s business in the past year The general meeting took note of the Board of Directors report on the Company’s activities in 2019. Presentation of the revised annual report for 2019 for approval The general meeting unanimously adopted the audited annual report for 2019. Decision to transfer the deficit for next year
