Completion of intra-group merger

Reference is made to the announcement on 21 December 2018 and 7 February 2019. Finanstilsynet (the Financial Supervisory Authority of Norway) has approved the merger between DNB Bank ASA, organisation no. 984 851 006 ("DNB Bank") and DNB Næringskreditt AS, organisation no. 846 069 062 (“DNB Næringskreditt"). The intra-Group merger was registered in the Register of Business Enterprises on 4 April 2019.  

DNB Bank has taken over all assets, rights and obligations belonging to DNB Næringskreditt without consideration. DNB Næringskreditt has been dissolved.
