    Notice of delisting

    The bankruptcy estate of DOF ASA has been notified by Oslo Børs that Oslo Børs intends to delist DOF ASA from Oslo Børs due to the fact that bankruptcy proceedings have been opened in DOF ASA and the company no longer satisfy the conditions for listing. As previously informed, all of the subsidiaries in the DOF group have been acquired by DOF Group ASA, which is the new holding company in the group. The business of the DOF group is thus not affected by the bankruptcy in DOF ASA nor will it be affected by a delisting of DOF ASA from Oslo Børs.

    Financial Report 1st quarter for New DOF ASA

    The Group's revenue for 1[st] quarter (management reporting) totals NOK 3,020 million (NOK 2,149 million) and EBITDA totals NOK 1,064 million (NOK 756 million). The operating profit (EBIT) is NOK 701 million (NOK 311 million). Net financial cost amounts to NOK -442 million (NOK 675 million) incl. realised and unrealised currency loss of NOK -56 million (NOK 1,053 million). The net result is a loss of NOK -8 million (NOK 815 million). The Group’s net interest bearing debt is NOK 15,356 million (NOK 19,294 million) and the book equity is positive by NOK 6,204 million (NOK -65 million).

    Contract award DOF group

    The DOF group is pleased to announce a new 3-years firm contract for the AHTS Skandi Vega with the current charterer Equinor Energy AS. The award, which also include 2 x 1 year options, will commence in direct continuation of the current contract. Skandi Vega is one of the largest AHTS vessels in the world and have been operating for Equinor since delivery in 2010.     DOF Subsea awarded construction support contract in Malaysia

    DOF Subsea Asia Pacific Pte Ltd has been awarded a contract to provide construction support for riser and spool installation including air and saturation diving in association with a brownfield expansion project in Malaysia.  The award includes project management, engineering, procurement, transportation and installation services and is expected to be completed during Q2 2023.     The Group's revenue for 3rd quarter (management reporting) totals NOK 2,862 million (NOK 2,052 million) and EBITDA totals NOK 1,030 million (NOK 865 million). The operating profit (EBIT) is NOK 678 million (NOK 488 million). Net financial cost amounts to NOK -1,126 million (NOK -671 million) incl. unrealised currency loss of NOK -869 million (NOK -548 million). The net result is a loss of NOK -519 million (NOK -128 million).     Contract awards DOF Group
