Dolphin Drilling – part payments from GHL received

(Oslo, 9 January 2024) Dolphin Drilling AS (Dolphin Drilling, OSE: DDRIL) announces part payment received from General Hydrocarbons Limited (GHL) and proposed payment plan related to remaining past due payments. 

Reference is made to the Dolphin Drilling Q3 financial report from November 28 2023, where we informed of GHL past due payments representing net USD 17.3 million. Dolphin Drilling received today USD 2 million that brings the total collected since the date of Q3 2023 reporting to USD 2.5 million. GHL have sent a payment plan proposal related to the remaining past due payments which the company is considering.
