    (Oslo, 24 December 2023) Dolphin Drilling AS (Dolphin Drilling, OSE: DDRIL)   Reference is made to the announcement on 1 December 2023 relating to termination of the Peak Petroleum contract. The termination was a result of the continued breach of contract by Peak Petroleum. The contract backlog reported in the third quarter 2023 report was adjusted for the contract termination, as further announced in the release on 1 December 2023.  Dolphin Drilling today announces that it has received formal notice of legal action from Peak Petroleum disputing the termination of the contract.
