(Oslo, 13 June 2024) Dolphin Drilling AS (Dolphin Drilling, OSE:DDRIL) refers to the 21 May 2024 announcement regarding the ex parte order of arrestment against the Blackford Dolphin by Technova Africa International Limited (Technova).

Further to the announcement made by Company on 21 May 2024, on the subject of court proceedings by Technova Africa International Limited (‘Technova’), the Company confirms that the arrest order previously obtained by Technova has been lifted. The Company confirms that the claims made by Technova continue to be contested.

The Company shall continue to update the market on any material developments in the said court proceedings as they occur.
