Dometic launches the Blizzard NXT, a new generation high performance climate control unit for recreational vehicles

The Blizzard NXT air conditioner and heat pump is the sleekest and most powerful rooftop climate control unit for recreational vehicles (RV) in the industry. Through advanced construction and head-turning design, this launch showcases Dometic’s product leadership in the mobile living market.

The Blizzard NXT is sleek and aerodynamic, with a composite base pan and injection-moulded shroud that is UV stable and rated for high impact. The product has been stringently tested for durability in the most extreme environmental conditions.

About the Blizzard NXT

With more capacity and higher air flow, the Blizzard NXT is ideal for QuietZone™ ducted-return applications and is available pre-configured for quick installation with modular connectors, reinforced steel mounting plates, and density-optimized gaskets and mounting blocks. Owners can also install the Blizzard NXT ducted directly into the RV with a return-air grille for single- or multiple-zone systems. It is compatible with Dometic Single Zone LCD or CCC II multi-zone thermostats, providing a perfect cooling solution for fifth wheels, travel trailers, and motor homes.

The Blizzard NXT comes in white/black or black/black with air conditioner and heat pump models available in capacities of 13,500 and 15,000 BTUs.
