Duni has decided to buy back the property in Bramsche, Germany.

Duni has decided to buy back the property in Bramsche, Germany. The premises, including factory, warehousing and offices are currently under a leasing contract. The decision has been taken to achieve optimal conditions and maximum flexibility for the future. The transaction will take effect as of December 31, 2011 and affect Duni’s net debt and fixed assets with approximately SEK 160 m. The change will have a positive effect on EBIT with approximately SEK 10 m 2012.
