    Duni Group takes majority share in reuse company Relevo

    Duni AB (Duni Group), market leader in sustainable dining and food packaging solutions for the restaurant market, today announces the Group’s majority ownership of the reuse company Relevo GmbH (Relevo). The purpose of the transaction is to further strengthen Duni Group’s food packaging business and to provide circular solutions to customers for every occasion. Having entered into a minority ownership in 2021, aiming for the circular economy, Duni Group now increases the Group’s ownership from 24.51 to 50.02 percent in the German startup company Relevo.     Duni has decided to buy back the property in Bramsche, Germany.Duni has decided to buy back the property in Bramsche, Germany. The premises, including factory, warehousing and offices are currently under a leasing contract. The decision has been taken to achieve optimal conditions and maximum flexibility for the future.
