Dustin refinances long-term loan agreements

Dustin announces today that it has completed a refinancing of its loans from credit institutions.

A credit facility agreement totaling approximately SEK 5,000 million, consisting of a long-term loan facility of EUR 250 million and a revolving credit facility of SEK 2,500 million, has been entered into with Nordea Bank Aps, a branch in Sweden, Svenska Handelsbanken AB and Swedbank AB as arrangers.

Initially, the equivalent of approximately SEK 4,500 million will be utilized. Most of the new credit facility is used to refinance existing bank loans and the bridge financing raised in connection with the acquisition of Centralpoint. The term of the credit facility amounts to 3 years with the possibility of an extension for a total of 2 years.
