Dustin’s CFO subscribes for new shares in incentive program

Dustin CFO Johan Karlsson has subscribed for 90,745 new shares through warrants purchased in the long-term incentive program introduced at the annual general meeting on January 19, 2016. In order to finance the subscription, Johan Karlsson has divested 88,966 shares. After the divestment of shares and subscription of new shares Johan Karlsson holds a total of 324,903 shares in the company.
