Dynavox Group AB has completed the acquisition of Link Assistive

Dynavox Group AB (publ) (“Dynavox Group”) has today completed the previously announced acquisition of the Australian reselling partners Link Assistive Pty Ltd and Link Assistive New Zealand Limited (together “Link Assistive”). The transaction was announced on 13 May 2024.

Dynavox Group has completed the acquisition of Link Assistive, the leading supplier of communication aid solutions and services to customers in Australia and New Zealand. The acquisition brings the company closer to its customers in the Australian and New Zealand markets, supporting people with disabilities to communicate more effectively.

Today, the upfront consideration of AU$8 million has been paid in cash and financed mainly through an existing revolving credit facility and with Dynavox Group’s own cash. Additionally, a potential earn-out consideration of up to AU$5 million in cash may be paid to the seller based on financial performance during a period of two years after completion of the transaction.
