Dynavox Group AB has signed a new refinancing agreement with Swedbank totaling SEK 1.2 billion, classified as a social loan under the LMA Social Loan Principles (SLP). Dynavox Group AB and Tobii AB today announced the extension of their existing supply contract, along with a volume deal for eye tracking components valued at approximately 100 MSEK, to be delivered in June 2025. Tobii, the sole supplier of eye tracking components used in some of Dynavox Group’s highly successful and market leading communication aids, has renewed the supply agreement for an additional five years. This renewal includes a 100 MSEK one-time purchase at a 13% discount compared to the standard business terms between the companies.
