Increase in number of shares and votes in Dynavox Group
Dynavox Group AB (the “Company”) announces that the Company’s registered number of shares and votes have increased through three share issues of in total 754,000 new class C shares and the conversion of a total of 512,970 class C shares into a total of 512,970 ordinary shares.
As of 30 June 2026, the total number of shares in the Company amounts to 107,634,235, of which 1,568,965 are class C shares and 106,065,270 are ordinary shares. The number of votes in the Company as of 30 June 2026 amounts to 106,222,166.5, entailing that the share issues and the conversion increased the total number of votes by 537,073 votes and the total number of shares by 754,000 shares.
