Eastnine acquires office property in Poznan

Eastnine has acquired the newly built office property Nowy Rynek E in Poznan, Poland, for EUR 79.3 million. The acquisition means that Eastnine’s rental income increases by EUR 5.95 million to EUR 42.4 million on an annual basis. After the acquisition, Eastnine is the largest owner of office properties in Poznan.”With this acquisition we achieve a leading position in Poznan and become an important player in the city. Change of number of shares and votes in Eastnine

As of 31 May 2024, the total number of shares and votes in Eastnine AB (publ) amounts to 89,481,044 shares and votes.The number of shares and votes has increased during May as a result of a share split, whereby each share was divided into four shares. The number of shares and votes has thus increased by 67,110,783 shares and votes. As a result of the share split, the previously resolved, but not yet distributed, dividends amount to SEK 0.29 per share and payment occasion. Eastnine AB (publ) has previously announced that the Annual General Meeting on 25 April 2024 resolved on an increase of the number of shares in the company by dividing each share into four new shares (a so-called share split) and to authorize the Board of Directors to determine the record date for the share split. During the first quarter of 2024, Eastnine has refinanced bank loans totalling EUR 62 million.
