Eastnine acquires office property in Poznan

Eastnine has acquired the newly built office property Nowy Rynek E in Poznan, Poland, for EUR 79.3 million. The acquisition means that Eastnine’s rental income increases by EUR 5.95 million to EUR 42.4 million on an annual basis. Change of number of shares and votes in Eastnine

As of 31 May 2024, the total number of shares and votes in Eastnine AB (publ) amounts to 89,481,044 shares and votes.The number of shares and votes has increased during May as a result of a share split, whereby each share was divided into four shares. The number of shares and votes has thus increased by 67,110,783 shares and votes.
