Eastnine retains top rating from GRESB

For the third year in a row, Eastnine received the top rating of five stars in GRESB's annual ESG assessment of the real estate industry (GRESB Real Estate Assessment). With 92 points out of a possible 100, Eastnine advanced two places to ninth place among listed European companies.

 

Every year, GRESB assesses and compares the ESG performance of real estate assets worldwide. This year, GRESB's benchmark grew to include more than US$ 8.6 trillion of assets under management.

In this year's review, Eastnine received 92 points out of a possible 100, which is the same as last year. This scoring provides a 5-star rating from GRESB and continues to place Eastnine in the top 20 percent of GRESB's global real estate benchmark. Among European listed real estate companies, Eastnine placed 9 (11) out of 100 (90) participants.
