Eastnine has leased almost 2,300 sq.m. of office space in Vilnius to the Estonian coworking company Workland. The agreement runs for seven years from the summer of 2022.

Workland's establishment of a coworking centre in Eastnine's property 3Bures-1,2 in Vilnius is the company's fifth establishment in Vilnius. In addition, Workland has four centres in Tallinn and one each in Riga and Kaunas respectively. The company has plans to open additional centres in both Riga and Tallinn in 2022.

“We welcome Workland as a tenant in Vilnius and are confident that the new Workland Bures centre will attract many. In the past year, we have seen an increased need for flexibility regarding the size and design of the premises and the length of rental agreements, especially from smaller tenants”, says Eastnine's CEO Kestutis Sasnauskas.

After Workland has taken over the new premises, on the fifth floor, the 3Bures-1,2 property will have an occupancy rate of approximately 93 per cent.
