Correction Eevia Health Plc: Auditor’s opinion for Financial Statements and Annual report for fiscal year 2022

Eevia Health Plc, (”Eevia” or ”The Company”), released its statutory financial statements and annual report for the year 2022 yesterday, but the Auditor’s opinion was omitted and a draft version of the Annual report was signed by the Board by mistake. Now the Auditors opinion is published with correct version of the financial statements.

After an omission yesterday June 12, Eevia now also publish the Auditors opinion for the fiscal year 2022. We have in the process signed a correct version of the financial statements, which has one sentence in the notes and one sentence in the annual report corrected. Therefore, the Financial statements FY2022 are hereby re-released as a correction, now also signed by the Auditor.
The financial auditor, PwC has issued an unqualified auditor’s opinion for 2022.
