Eficode Sweden appoints both a new Country Manager, and its first Head of People and Culture
While Therese Lindepil becomes Country Manager, her predecessor, Christian Johansson, steps into a new role focusing on developing people and culture both at Eficode and among its clients.
Stockholm, September 15, 2022 – Eficode today announced Therese Lindepil as the new Country Manager of its Swedish operations. As a part of Eficode’s journey of expansion, a new role has also been created—Head of People and Culture—which former Eficode Sweden Country Manager, Christian Johansson, will be stepping into.
In recent years, Eficode has enjoyed significant growth, driven by increased international demand for the company’s consulting, training, and managed services. Focusing on tools and processes related to Agile methodology, DevOps, and product management, Eficode has positioned itself well to meet this new demand, which is reflected in its growing list of clients.
The new Country Manager
Therese Lindepil has been with the company for more than seven years and has unparalleled industry knowledge, complemented with vast experience in both leadership and corporate development.
“I am both thrilled and honored to assume this role as Eficode takes its next steps. Together with Christian and the rest of the management team, I will be working strategically and operationally to ensure Eficode continues its healthy growth both in Sweden and globally,” says Therese Lindepil, Country Manager of Eficode Sweden. “We are in a great position to continue to serve our clients’ needs today, and to add new services as their needs evolve.”
The new Head of People and Culture
Christian Johansson has both run and worked with several consulting companies in a range of roles over the last 25+ years. He has long-standing expertise in leadership development and corporate culture. Previously he was Country Manager of Riada (later acquired by Eficode), recognized for its healthy culture by earning a spot on the list of Sweden’s Best Places to Work.
“It truly bears repeating: As a consultancy firm our people are our most important asset by far. By creating this new important role, we look forward to an exciting new chapter—both for me and the company.
I will primarily look at how we grow and develop our internal competencies, but also focus on what we offer our clients, not to mention how we can help challenge and develop their people,” explains Christian Johansson, the new Head of People and Culture in Sweden.
