ElektronikGruppen expands in Norway ElektronikGruppen has reached a principle agreement to acquire Henaco A/S in Norway. Henaco A/S has a turnover of 50 MSEK within component sales. The intention is to coordinate Henaco with ElektronikGruppen's component company in Norway. The joint turnover is expected to reach appr 100 MSEK for 2001. Customer and product groups are supplementary to ElektronikGruppen's present operation. The acquisition is expected to obtain marginal positive affect on the profit for 2001.
