    Eltel signs a three-year frame agreement with Telia in Finland worth EUR 70 million

    Eltel’s Communication business in Finland has signed a three-year continuation of a current frame agreement with Telia regarding fixed and mobile telecom services. The agreement is worth about EUR 70 million.The agreement encompasses a wide range of service packages, including the construction, maintenance, and fault repair of fixed and mobile networks, as well as customer deliveries in Finland.     Eltel and the Swedish Transport Administration have signed another major new framework agreement, this time for the construction of the Swedish Transport Administration's nationwide communications network.     Eltel delivers masts and towers to the Swedish Armed Forces in new framework agreement - worth up to EUR 35 million

    Eltel and the Swedish Armed Forces have signed a framework agreement for the manufacture of masts and towers, as well as parts for these.     Eltel has today signed an agreement to divest its Polish High Voltage business to Mutares SE & Co. KGaA, a listed private equity investor headquartered in Munich, Germany.     Alexandra Kärnlund has been appointed as the new Director of Communications at Eltel and will be a member of the Group Management Team. Alexandra will assume her role in April 2024.Alexandra has more than 20 years of experience of working in leading communications roles and she currently serves a Communications Lead in the tech company Tietoevry.
