    Eltel delivers masts and towers to the Swedish Armed Forces in new framework agreement - worth up to EUR 35 million

    Eltel and the Swedish Armed Forces have signed a framework agreement for the manufacture of masts and towers, as well as parts for these. The agreement runs for two years with the possibility of extension for another 5 years and has an estimated ceiling volume of EUR 35 million (SEK 400 million) for the entire contract period, including options.Eltel's masts and towers are designed and constructed by Eltel's constructors in Arboga and manufactured in Sweden.     Eltel’s Power business in Finland has signed an agreement with Helen Electricity Network Ltd to construct and maintain Helsinki's electricity distribution network.     Eltel and the Swedish Defence Materiel Administration have signed a framework agreement for installation and contracting services for FMV's air bases. The maximum contract period is seven years with an estimated value of SEK 240 million, of which the initial three-year period is estimated at SEK 120 million.The agreement covers the installation of data and telecommunications, as well as associated products in fixed infrastructure for passive telecommunications and communications networks.

    Eltel divests its High Voltage business in Poland

    Eltel has today signed an agreement to divest its Polish High Voltage business to Mutares SE & Co. KGaA, a listed private equity investor headquartered in Munich, Germany. The total value of the transaction for Eltel, including Mutares’ replacement of Eltel guarantees for the business, is about EUR 25 million.     Eltel Finland has signed a renewal of an existing frame agreement with the Finnish telecommunications provider DNA.     Eltel Denmark and TDC Net, Denmark's largest telecommunications provider have extended their collaboration for two years, with an option for an additional two years.
