Under the agreement, Eltel is responsible for field services, fault repairs as well as construction and maintenance work in Copenhagen and the northern part of Zealand.

The five-year frame agreement is valid from April 2023 to April 2028, after which there is a possibility of three option years.

The consortium is called NKEL and consists of Eltel and Nordkysten, a Danish excavation company.
