Number of shares and votes in Eltel AB

As previously announced, the number of shares and votes in Eltel AB (publ) has increased through the company’s recently executed rights issue.

Today, on the last day of trading in July, there are a total of 157,097,595 shares in the company, whereof 156,560,595 are ordinary shares and 537,000 are C-shares. All C-shares are held by Eltel.

The ordinary shares entitle to one vote per share, and the C-shares entitle to 1/10 vote per share. Thus, the total number of shares in the company entitle to 156,614,295 votes in total.

Following the registration of the rights issue, Eltel’s share capital totals approximately EUR 158,433,250.
