First Rate Dedicates " Homes of Hope" in Baja, Mexico

Arlington, TX – June 20, 2011 – First Rate, Inc.  is continuing its fifteen-year tradition of traveling to Mexico to build homes for needy families. First Rate recently undertook a Memorial Day weekend trip to Baja, Mexico to do just that, and will travel to Tijuana in July with a similar objective.
